To maintain the highest standards, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies: ⸻ 🛑 Work Over Other Technicians To ensure the integrity and quality of our services, we do not work over the work of other nail technicians or salons. A full removal is required prior to service. ⸻ 💳 Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. ⸻ ⏰ Late / Cancellation Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. • No Call / No Shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Rescheduling must also be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. ⸻ We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Luna Nails Bar will charge a 100% cancelation fee for any no-call no-shows. Cancelations within 24hr of the scheduled appointment results in loss of deposit.
